At the renovated Freedom Square Station, President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took an inside tour of the modern train renovated by Tbilisi Train Repair Plant. Launched in November 2005, the carriage modernization project has proved effective in renovating the rolling stocks of Tbilisi Metro.

The guests visiting Freedom Square Station were met by Chairman of the Council Zaza Begashvili, Vice-Mayor of Tbilisi Mamuka Akhvlediani, Deputy Mayors Davit Alavidze and Giorgi Melidze and the media representatives.
